Caol Ila is a peated classic Islay whisky. The nose is subdued with citric freshness and a gentle floral touch ending with rich smoky notes. The palate is fresh with toffee, vanilla and pear, while the finish is long and complex with sweetness fading into a dark smoky flavour.
