This full cream sherry has a dark brown colour and holds sweet vanilla flavours with nuts and honey. 
Matured for three years in Ciadera barrels and inoculated with Flor yeast, this sherry was then blended and transferred to Solera barrels and matured for a further three years. It was then blended with a very sweet sherry for a generous, rich and mouth filling sherry. 

Rich toffee and brown sugar aromas blend seamlessly with hints of barley sugar on the nose, with spicy and honey notes to balance the palate to perfection. A balanced finish with a full yet delicate character and delicious depth.

• Monis is the Cape's most longstanding brand of fortified wines. Established in Paarl in 1906 by Italian Roberto Moni who was the son of a prominent Tuscan winemaking and merchandising family. He soon became a prominent player in the South African wine industry and his name has become synonymous with premier fortified wines.
