Our Serious Cook Utility Knife is made with a fine edge stainless steel blade and has a triple rivet handle. This handy all-purpose tool is ideal for slicing, dicing and many other kitchen tasks.

Blades: Precision taper-ground blade made from high grade stainless steel for a combination of cutting ability and strength. The hardening process produces a blade with a durable edge which will give a superior performance.

Sharpening: Sharpen regularly - a few strokes along the Woolworths micro sharpener will restore and maintain the blade's edge.

HOW TO CARE

• Dishwasher safe. At the end of the dishwashing cycle or after handwashing, remove the knife and dry immediately with a soft cloth.
• Do not chop or cut on metal, ceramic or glasssurfaces as this will blunt the blade.
