This omelette pan is the traditional rectangular shape used to make tamagoyaki, a Japanese rolled omelette that's popular for breakfast, in lunchboxes, and as a topping for sushi.

It's made from aluminium, known for its superior conduction and even distribution of heat across the entire surface.

The two-layer non-stick coating is free from harmful chemicals and prevents food from sticking, as well as allowing cooking with less fat.

For best results, use a heat source the same size or slightly smaller than the base of the pan.

Ideal for medium-heat cooking.
