Prized for its versatility, Chenin Blanc is the most widely planted grape varietal in South Africa. It's little surprise too, thanks to its basket full of marvellously concentrated rich, honeyed fruit and a refreshingly vibrant acicity that enables it to age well. For this special bottling, the yields were kept low to produce an impressive, mouth filling wine that pairs particularly well with fresh seafood and goats cheese.
