The components are all vinified separately, with the Shiraz and Mourvedre being aged in new American oak and the rest matured in French oak barrels. It is then blended together to create an authentic rendition of elegant, modern winemaking but remains truthful to the families to which it pays homage.

Raspberry and prune aromas are supported by a mixture of spicy cinnamon, white pepper and light mocha tones. Generous flavours of plums, dark cherries and chocolate develop in the glass while the finish is lively with mineral accents.
