An exciting addition to our pizza range, our Salsiccia pizza is made locally using Italian flour and Italian tomatoes. We use a prefermented dough, folded and stretched by hand and stonebaked to give a light and textured base. Then topped if with fennel spiced pork sausage mince, roasted red pepper, creamy mozzarella cheese and baby spinach.

HOW TO USE

• Ovenbake for 8 min at 200°C.
