We're excited to bring you our authentic Italian Salami Pizza made locally using Italian flour and Italian tomatoes. We use a prefermented dough, folded and stretched by hand and stonebaked to give a light and textured base. Then topped it with thinly sliced salami, marinated artichokes and creamy mozzarella cheese.
