Our Fungi pizza is made the authentic Italian way locally using Italian flour and Italian tomatoes. We topped this pizza with mushrooms, creamy mozzarella cheese and whipped ricotta.

 

We use a prefermented dough, folded and stretched by hand ad stonebaked to give a light and textured base.

 

HOW TO USE

• Ovenbake for 8 min on 200°C.
• Microwave heating not recommended
