Our Spaghetti is made with 100% durum wheat. Bronze die pasta is extruded through a die cutter made from bronze. This creates a rougher texture on the surface, allowing the pasta to grip more sauce resulting in a fuller flavour. Pour our delicious napoletana pasta sauce, imported form Italy, onto your cooked spaghetti and top with some freshly grated parmesan cheese.
