Our Organic Spelt Fusilli is made with 100% Spelt Semolina pasta, created using traditional Italian methods. Part of the ancient grain family, spelt originated approximately 8000 years ago. Our pasta is passionately made by the Felicetti family using Spelt flour to give a richer, fuller, earthy flavour.
