Our seasonal honey is available in three different variants. 

Our Bluegum honey has a distinctive malty taste and the colour & flavour of the honey varies due to the many species of eucalyptus trees which supply the bees with their nectar

Our Orange Blossom honey is harvested by bees from the nectar of blossoming orange orchards and they produce honey with a delicate orange flavour & aroma.

Our Fynbos honey has a light to very dark amber colour, while the taste & smell varies with every crop.
