Our Peri Peri Cook-in-Sauce is Portuguese inspired and can be served with a sprinkling of fresh chopped parsley or coriander and can be mopped up with fresh crusty bread. Use as a sauce on chicken or beef prego rolls, or as a base for spicy rice.
