Our single origin Indian Darjeeling loose leaf tea is a luxurious tea, to be enjoyed in the afternoon with sweet treats. 
This champagne of teas, which originate from a growing region in Darjeeling, a lush and mountainous and inaccessible region in North East India, between Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan and China provides a premium tea drinking experience. This tea, grown at a high altitude gives it a more honey-like colour with a winey flavour and a hint of muscadel and a tea with higher flavonoids. 

HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT CUP OF DARJEELING TEA

• One heaped teaspoon of leaves per cup. Use a ball tea strainer or a coffee plunger.
• Pour freshly boiled water over the leaves, allow to infuse for 3 – 5 minutes before straining. 
• Enjoy the unique flavour, best served without milk or sugar, but may be added if desired. 
• Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, seal with the sticker and use within 2 months.
