Chamomile blossoms is a well-known and popular herbal infusion with a history that spans hundreds of years. Chamomile heads are very gently collected during the middle of the growing season when they are at their most mature and then delicately dried. These heads produce a vivid yellow liquor with a buttery and comforting character supported by a delightful soft honey-like sweetness. 

 

HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT CUP OF CHAMOMILE TEA

• Pour freshly boiled water over the leaves, allow to infuse for 3 – 6 minutes or longer for a stronger tea, more intense tea. 
• See pack for recipe of chamomile and cucumber iced tea.
• Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, seal with the sticker and use within 2 months.
