Such as this impressively complex lungo with subtly floral facets, made from arabica beans fom Central and South America, Asia and Africa. It is gently roasted in a drum which brings out its velvety, slightly malty character, with a full captivating body. Lungo which is an espresso (short black coffee) with added hot water to make it a tall/medium coffee.
