Just add water, milk or coconut milk to our 'Mash Made Easy' Garlic & Butter Flavoured Mash. Our instant mash potato is made from varieties of yellow pulp potatoes. The potatoes are washed, peeled and cooked to preserve the flavour. Then the potatoes are dried to a fine, smooth powder. We haven't added any artificial colourants or milk solids.
