Our Italian Tomato Purèe is sweet and flavourful ready-to-use Italian purèe. Made with baby plum tomoatoes, of the pomodori and datterini varietals which are grown in the northern parts of Italy. These tomatoes are grown in a way that supports sustainable farming and preserves the environment. 

HOW TO USE

• Add to sauces, soups and stews for an intense tomato flavour.
• This purée can be used to prepare an authentic marinara sauce.
