Quick cook oats are made in a similar fashion as rolled oats, but the groats are cooked for longer before being flaked and dried. Because the oats are cooked for longer, they cook very quickly when boiled or microwaved. 

HOW TO USE

• Follow package instructions and boil for 2-3 minutes, and use your favourite breakfast toppings.
