Our black tiger prawns are sustainably farmed along the Northwest coastline of Madagascar.

HOW TO USE

• For best results, defrost in the refrigerator. Place the box on a plate and defrost in the refrigerator for 12 hours. The prawns are purged, however should you feel to devein, devein defrosted prawns by using a pair of kitchen scissors or a small pairing knife, insert it directly behind the head, cutting the shell along the length of the prawn. Remove the vein and discard.  
• Pan-fry, braai or grill prawns in flavoured herb butter until cooked through. Lovely when butterflied and braaied brushed with garlic butter and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve with a fresh seasonal salad and some crusty bread to soak up all the yummy juices.
