Our individually wrapped frshly frozen hake fillets are wild caught, skin-on & deboned. While every effort is made to remove all the bones, some small bones may remain. Serve flaked portions of pan-fried hake fillets with corn taco shells, guacamole, tomato salsa and sour cream for a Mexican inspired fish dish.
