From the foothills of the Suurberg comes this mildly spicy and aromatic flavoured medium fat hard cheese. A traditional Dutch-style Gouda that is made from a blend of Jersey and Frisian milk. It is matured for 3 months and has a wonderfully creamy taste and mild flavour. Flavoured with cumin seeds.

HOW TO USE

• Remove from the fridge at least 1 hour before serving to allow the full flavour of the cheese to develop 
• Mix and match with other Good to Go cheeses
