The Signature Range is a union between selected winemakers and Woolworths Cape Wine Master, Allan Mullins, creating a unique series of specialised wines.

Frans says: "This Merlot comes from unirrigated vines which are influenced by cooling sea breezes. Perfumed violet notes introduce black cherry, cassis, subtle mint and dark chocolate flavours. The wine has been matured for 18 months in French oak barrels, creating a rich, layered palate and smooth finish." Enjoy with a Karoo lamb roast with mint sauce and roast potatoes.
