The Signature Range is a union between selected winemakers and Woolworths Cape Wine Master, Allan Mullins, creating a unique series of specialised wines.

Gyles says: "The grapes come from vineyards situated on the lower slopes of the majestic mountains of Thelema. On the nose there is classic blackcurrant and toasty oak spice. An elegant, yet concentrated fruit driven palate, gives way to a lingering, ripe finish." Enjoy with a medium rare sirloin steak with Béarnaise sauce.
