Courgette blend gives you the best selection of heirloom courgettes, from deep green all the way through to striped and yellow fruits. These are all bush-type courgettes that are quick growing and enjoy the heat of summer. Courgettes, also known as Baby Marrow, grow exceptionally quickly. They need to be harvested almost on a daily basis. For sweet, tender courgettes, harvest them when small. If however you prefer a well-developed marrow flavour then allow them to get about 30 - 40cm long, a feat that can easily be achieved in a matter of days.
