• Serrano literally means "from the mountains" and describes the cool mountain air that assists in curing this prized Spanish ham whose provenance is protected by law. Made from a particular breed of pig, the hams are hand-rubbed with coarse sea salt and matured in the fresh mountain air for 7 months. It is intensely aromatic and full flavoured.
