Ingredients
- Slow-Cooked Oxtail
- Frozen mashed potato
- balsamic vinegar
- 200 g Broccoli
- Creme fraiche
- Baby potatoes with herb butter
- 70 g Pitted black kalamata olives with a hint of herbs
- 3 Spring onions, chopped finely
- Frozen sweet potato mash
- 3 T Butter
- 3 T Red pepper pesto
- Butternut halves with creamed spinach
- 1 bunch Kale
- 2 T Olive oil
- 1,2 kg Farmhouse chicken soup
- 1 loaf Olive ciabatta
- Malva puddng
- Vanilla bean custard

Cooking Instructions
INSTANT BROCCOLI MASH
Take one bag of Frozen Mashed Potato, add to a saucepan with 1.5 cups milk and salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir over medium heat until the mash becomes creamy and smooth. Fold through 200 g steamed and blitzed broccoli florets with crème fraîche and season.
LOADED SWEET POTATO & PESTO MASH
Prepare the mash as per packaging instructions. Add butter, season and top with red pepper pesto.
CREAMY CRUSHED POTATO MASH
Microwave 700 g of baby potatoes acoording to pacakage instructions, plus a few minutes to get them really soft. Crush the potatoes, add the remaining garlic butter from the pack and fold through. Season and top with black olives and spring onions.
BUTTERNUT HALVES
Prepare the butternut halves with creamed spinach as per packaging instructions. Serve with Farmhouse chicken soup garnished with kale that has been wilted in the olive oil, served with olive ciabatta, heated up as per packaging instructions. MALVA PUDDING
Serve ready-made malva, heated as per packaging instructions, serve with coconut marshmallows with hot custard.
