Chicken pie with crunchy summer salad

Ingredients

  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tbsp parsley, roughly chopped
  • 4 tbsp caper berries, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp fresh dill, roughly chopped
  • 700 g garlic & herb potatoes, prepared as instructed
  • crunchy Summer salad, to serve
  • 520 g Woolworths chicken pie, prepared as instructed

Cooking Instructions

  1. Prepare the potatoes as per instructions.
  2. Place chicken pie in oven and bake until golden.
  3. Combine the dill, caperberries, parsley, olive oil, honey and mustard.
  4. Season.
  5. Toss sauce through the potatoes.
  6. Serve with Chicken Pie and Crunchy Salad.
