Peanut butter chocolate brownie bars

Ingredients
- chocolate brownie baking kit
- 200 g good quality dark chocolate chips or bars, chopped up
- 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 50 g white chocolate, shavings, to decorate
- 50 g milk chocolate, chopped finely

Cooking Instructions
- Cook the brownies according to package instructions.
- When the brownies are baked and have cooled completely you can make the ganache.
- Melt together the dark chocolate and peanut butter in a bowl set over a pot of barely simmering water until smooth.
- Pour the ganache over the brownies then place in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours.
- When the ganache has set, melt the milk and white chocolate and drizzle over the top. Allow to set then slice and serve.
