Pan-Fried Butter & Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 Free range chicken breast fillets
- Salt and pepper to season
- 1t Extra virgin Olive oil
- 3T Butter
- Sage leaves
- 1, juiced Lemon

Cooking Instructions
- Season chicken, the heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for 5 minutes on each side then add in the butter and sage and cook for a 3 minutes continuously basting the chicken with the butter.
- Once the butter had turned golden brown, add the lemon juice and cook for a further minute.
- Serve with Roasted baby potatoes with garlic herb butter.
