Beetroot & coconut smoothie

Ingredients
- fresh mint, to garnish
- 4 cups cold water
- dessicated coconut (for rim of glass)
- 1 can coconut milk
- 8 tbsp quinoa, cooked
- 1 bag Woolworths Easy to juice red juice mix

Cooking Instructions
To make one nutri bullet cup:
- Divide Woolworths red bag easy to juice equally into 3 or 4.
- Place ¼ of the red bag into a Nutri Bullet.
- Add 2 tbsp rolled oats or quinoa.
- Add 1/3 cup coconut milk and 2/3 cup of water.
- Using the strongest blade, blend until smooth.
- Garnish the rim of your glass with desiccated coconut and pour the smoothie in “frosted” glass.
- Garnish with mint.
