Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- a few sprigs of thyme
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced or torn
- 1 cup cream
- left over slices of roast beef or grilled steak, sliced
- maldon salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium to high heat. Fry the garlic and thyme in the butter and olive oil for 1 minute, until golden.
- Add the torn mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes. Add the cream and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
- Add the left over meat and season.
