Berry & chia pudding breakfast pots
Makes 2
Method:
- Blend together 1 cup coconut milk with 2 handfuls of raspberries. Fold through 3–4 T chia seeds and 2 T maple syrup (or to taste).
- Divide between two bowls or glass jars and leave to set in the fridge for 3–4 hours or overnight.
- Top with Woolworths Coconut Yoghurt or Plain Cultured Coconut and fresh lime zest.
- Add juicy blackberries and raspberries and a sprinkle of crushed pistachios if you like.
COOK’S TIP: Prep this the night before (it will take only a few minutes) for the perfect easy breakfast the next morning.
